Welcome to Southern Chester County Community Bible Study.
Our mission is to make disciples of the Lord Jesus Christ in our communities through caring, in-depth Bible study, available to all.
We are so glad that you have found the website for the Southern Chester County Community Bible Study class! We had a wonderful year studying the book of Romans and we are excited to see what we will learn next year as we study Daniel, 1 and 2 Peter, and Philippians.
Community Bible Study offers in-depth Bible study right here in your community. Our Thursday mornings include worship and devotion time, small group discussion of our home study questions and a teaching time each week. It is two hours of learning, fellowship and fun! We start promptly at 9:15 and end at 11:15.
We do have a wonderful children's program but it fills up quickly. Our children's program is not babysitting; it is an age-appropriate nurturing program that includes a Bible lesson, a craft to remember the lesson, music time and Bible verses.
It is easy to register by using the downloadable forms below. If you have any questions about registering yourself and/or your child(ren), please contact our Coordinator, Sue Dutt; her contact information is below. No questions? You can mail the forms and fees ($25 for adults and $10 for each child; check made payable to Community Bible Study) directly to Sue Dutt.
We look forward to seeing soon. Have blessed day!

A Note From Our Teaching Director:
God's Word is living and active and transforming and just amazing! As we studied Romans this past year, together we learned so much about God's plan - and gift - of salvation which is offered to everyone. Paul, the writer of Romans, sums up his message in Romans 1:16: For I am not ashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes, to the Jew first and also to the Greek. God's unique plan was for everyone from the beginning and we rejoice that we are justified by his grace as a gift, through the redemption that is in Jesus Christ (Romans 3:24). We are confident that God is faithful to all His promises including that everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved (Romans 10:13). What joy and peace that brings when we know it in our heart, our mind and our soul!
It is exciting to think about what we will learn together next year! We would love to have you join us in studying Daniel, 1 and 2 Peter, and Philippians, beginning September 11th. Through every book of the Bible we are reminded that our Creator God cares for and loves us very deeply; we are His children and He wants to have a personal relationship with us. Bible study is a great way to get to know Him better and to build and strengthen our relationship with Him.
Have you been looking for a Bible study but weren’t sure where to go or how to get started? I encourage you to come and join us this fall and delve into God's Word and how it applies to our lives today. It is a pleasure and a privilege to serve and worship the Lord Jesus Christ and I look forward to doing that with you. I encourage you to Come….and you will see (John 1:39); and invite a friend! Come and see how being in God’s Word with other caring women will impact your life. Looking forward to seeing you in September!
In Christ, Lynne Luettgen, Teaching Director
